Mary Kay Training Materials

Having the right Mary Kay training materials is very important if you want to be a successful Mary Kay consultant.

Now that you have joined Mary Kay I don't think anyone needs to tell you that you are now in the direct sales industry.  Not only will you have to find customers for our product offerings, you will also have to find people to build a team in order to be successful in your new business.

You may have been told that you need to be teachable and coachable in order to be successful.  You may have also been told that you need to make a list of family and friends to speak to about your business.  All that is good and may get you a jump start but the truth is that it is often not enough to keep your business up and running. So you may be asking yourself what should you do in order to have success as a new Mary Kay consultant in your Mary Kay business.

A common practice in the direct sales industry is to have the person who introduced you to the business train you.  If the person that introduced you have no experience don't fall into this trap as your business will probably fail.  Though you may have been told that "you're in business for yourself but not by yourself" you have to remember that you are now the boss of your own business.  You will need to make a business decision to do what is best for you and your business and get the training you need to build a successful business elsewhere.

The best advice I can give you is to secure good Mary Kay training materials such as the highly acclaimed ebook "Consultant to Pink Cadillac Director in 90 Days by Liz, a  former Mary Kay Sales Director who had great success in her Mary Kay business.
